These Terms of Use govern the use of https://www.suluwines.com.au (The Site) and all related sites and content including copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs and other intellectual property. The Website and all its content is owned and operated by SULU WINES PTY LTD ABN: 50 131 595 009
By visiting and using The Site you accept and agree to be bound by all the Terms. SULU WINES may vary these Terms at any time, and by continuing to use The Site you consent to any variation. SULU WINES will not notify users of any variations, so please regularly check these Terms for any variations. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use The Site.
Certain material provided or available on or through the Website may be stated to be subject to special or additional rules or conditions which will form part of these Terms.
SULU WINES PTY LTD does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using The Site you confirm that you are over the age of 18. By using The SITE you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of wine is over the age of 18. SULU WINES PTY LTD supports the responsible service of alcohol. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000) and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500).
Any images used on The Site are for illustrative purposes only and although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, these images may not be representative and should not be used as references for a product’s packaging, vintage, type of closure and colour etc.
The copyright of all content (text and images) on The Site belongs to SULU WINES PTY LTD under the copyright laws of Australia, unless otherwise attributed. The content on the The Site may not be copied on to other websites or into other works or otherwise used without prior written permission from SULU WINES PTY LTD.
Whilst SULU WINES derives information from sources which SULU WINES believe to be accurate and up to date at the time of publication, aside from our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, SULU WINES makes no representation or warranty that the content on the Website is accurate, up to date or complete or that any expressions of opinion or statements of intention are reasonable or honest.
SULU WINES do not warrant or guarantee that access to The Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that any defects will be corrected immediately or that The Site will be free from viruses or contamination. Errors & omissions on The Site are expected. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and / or refuse the sale of a product.
Information published at The Site may refer to products, programs or services that are not available in your region.
All prices quoted on The Site are subject to change without notice due to market and currency fluctuations, changes in duty, GST and other government charges and current stocks remaining unsold.
If your order includes a product that is not available, we will contact you and provide suggestions on another product as near as possible in style, quality and price. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all vintages are current, due to the nature of the industry, vintages may change suddenly depending on supply and stockholdings of the producer. If the stocked vintage changes before you receive your order, where possible, we will contact you to inform you of the change to the vintage and determine if you still want the product.

Flat shipping rate $15.00 for every Dozen (12 bottles) for below DESTINATIONs except for marked free delivery items.

Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. SULU Wine will endeavour to resolve any issues with regard to Refunds & Replacements with a 100% money back guarantee. However, in certain exceptional circumstances we will reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds. For example, we will offer a refund or exchange if an item is significantly different from the sample or description. If a product is believed to be faulty, for example corked, you must keep the contents of the bottle and contact us for a resolution. Freight charges may apply on returned items.
After ordering, an email confirmation containing your order details (provided you have entered a valid email address) will be sent. We will then attempt to deliver your purchase(s) from our warehouse in Melbourne via our selected carrier. Depending on how remote the delivery address is, the expected date of delivery may vary by 2 to 14 days.
Wine is normally delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door, however in rural or remote areas, the delivery will be left at the nearest Australia Post office or freight depot.
A signature is required on all deliveries. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note for later collection by you from the nearest local Post Office. The person collecting the wines from the Post Office must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it will be returned to SULU WINES and NO REFUND will be available.
By informing us “Authority to leave” via Email or phone, you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received. SULU WINES and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority to leave delivery method. You agree to release SULU Wines from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
Please note that under certain circumstances, SULU WINES may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under an Authority to leave request. In these instances, your complete order will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post Office for your collection.
