Our Australian-made Grappa Di Pinot Grigio is crafted by combining century-old Italian methods and modern distilling techniques.We distil Pinot Grigio grapes sourced from Yarra Valley, Victoria, in our purpose-built Grappa still, where the spirit’s vapour passes through crushed Carrara marble for remarkable purity. A smooth palate with delicate aromas of peach and white flowers, this Grappa is medium-bodied, delicately fruity and beautifully balanced.
