This bright, fruit driven Shiraz includes a small parcel of Barbera in the blend with maturation taking place in a mix of older French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
Midnight black core with a bright dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of freshly crushed plum, dark raspberries and liquorice meld into some inky vanillin cedar and spice notes. Plump and juicy the medium weight palate is liberally doused with youthful dark plum and liquorice flavours which sit over a back drop of vanillin cedar and spice. Finishes with fresh acidity, slightly chalky tannins and a vibrantly fruited aftertaste.
