The De Bortoli ‘Melba Vineyards’ at Dixons Creek have a rich history of exceptional quality Cabernet Sauvignon and consistency dating back to the 1970’s. The Melba Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is blended from mature vineyards on the Yarra Valley estate and only released in exceptional years. 2012, 2015 and 2017 all fit this criteria. Bright, deep with purple hue. Rich blackberry, deeply scented, cedarwood, leaf and spice. Dark fruits, fine powdery tannin, long, smooth and fragrant finish.
