This wine, which has had very minimal oak influence, shows enticing tropical fruit characters and some citrus elements on the bouquet. The palate is fresh and vibrant with flavours of melon and pineapple and a long dry finish. Pair with the catch of the day or salt and pepper squid. While you’re enjoying this wine, spare a thought for our vineyard workers who once danced amongst the vines avoiding the menacing bull ants who resided there.

The Follett Family, the Owner of Lake Breeze Winery has been grape grower in Langhorne Creek for over 130 years and winemakers since 1987. The family vineyards were established back in the late 1880’s, when Arthur Follett planted the first vines on the property. Three generations later, the vineyards are producing outstanding fruit and Lake Breeze is making trophy winning wines. Only the best 40% of fruit is selected from the older vines on the property, to create wines with amazing depth of flavour.
